June helped me through a tough sale of my home on Lake Peekskill this year. There were many violations to clear up with the building dept. and several things to fix before the sale could be complete. Two-thirds of the way through the selling process I moved to California, and June was available to run point on everything hack in New York. June worked with us for about 5 months to find our current home. We met her at an open house and was willing to take us to see a home we were interested in that very day! Soon after she figured out our taste in homes and what we needed, and when we inquired about available homes, she knew if we would like it or not before we even saw it in person, and her predictions were always right. The home we ended up purchasing was outside of June's normal counties, but she was meticulous with checking on that counties codes and all other details. When it came time to go to contract, she walked us through the whole process, and explained everything clearly to us first-time home-buyers. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and match us with something appropriate.
